Ask the desk where your shipment stands
This page does not show a live status bar. Send us the number and a person on the desk will look at the entry and reply.
For a U.S. entry, send whichever you have:
- The entry number
- The PARS or PAPS number, for freight moving into Canada
- The PRO number or the carrier's load reference
- The company name and the crossing, if you have no number at all
If you are not sure what to send, choose "Not sure" and describe the load. The desk will find it.
Received
Lookup received.
Thank you. The desk will check the entry and reply by email as soon as we can with where it stands and anything we need from you.
Preview only: this form is not connected to email yet, so nothing was sent.
Warehouse freight and Riffs
Freight in the FreightBoy warehouse
Inventory runs on Extensiv. If you have been issued a login, use it at [EXTENSIV_PORTAL_URL]. It shows warehouse inventory and receipts, not customs entries.
Riffs clients
If CBCBS has issued you a Riffs seat, use it to look at your U.S. entries and duty. [VERIFY_WITH_CLIENT] Riffs is a chargeable add-on and is not a status page for every load.
Freight going into Canada
A licensed Canadian customs broker partner files the Canada entry. Send the PARS or PAPS number in the lookup and we will coordinate.
Outside business hours
Send the form anyway. It reaches the desk, and a person reads it as soon as we are in. If the load is already moving, put the number in the lookup so we start in the right place.
