CBCBS is clear in the work, compliant as the standard, and connected in the relationship.

Clear — The Work

The entry is filed. The classification is right. The freight keeps moving. Clear is the job — not a vibe.

Compliant — The Standard

We teach the rule before CBP has to. USMCA, ISF, AES, post-entry. Compliant is how the work stays clean.

Connected — The Relationship

The desk replies when we are in. Same people, year after year. Connected is why clients stay.

Story

CBCBS was founded in June 2015 by Andrew (Yogi) McKay. The office sits in Niagara Falls, a few miles from the commercial crossings that handle the majority of our truck entries.

Yogi also established FreightBoy, the sister trucking and warehousing company on the Ontario–Western New York lane. The two companies work together so freight can be moved, cleared on the U.S. side, and held or cross-docked near the border.

We are clear in the work, compliant as the standard, and connected in the relationship.

How we work

Most of our volume is steady weekly truck entries for foreign Importers of Record and the agencies that represent them. We also file air and ocean entries from the same licensed desk.

Release Operations handles the pre-arrival filing. The Compliance and Service Team reviews classification, PGA, and master data after release. Business Services sets up the Power of Attorney, bond, and billing.

We educate on the documents that matter and file what you send. We do not promise specific clearance times.

Licensing

CBCBS is a licensed U.S. customs broker (Filer code 9L7). We file U.S. entries only. Canadian clearance is performed by a licensed Canadian partner we do not name.
