Riffs

See the entry picture. Still use the broker.

Riffs is a premium login we issue to CBCBS importers — classification support, duty visibility, flags worth a conversation. We file the entry. Riffs does not.

Chargeable add-on. Not required to clear freight. We did not build Riffs.

The problem

Most importers see entries as PDFs and invoices. The broker can see ACE. You should not need a national platform's premium portal just to know what you already imported.

What a CBCBS-issued Riffs login is for

  • · A single place to look at U.S. entries and duty
  • · Classification assistance in plain language, with reasoning to review with us
  • · Flags for refund or risk — discussion items, not promises
  • · A shared picture between your trade team and CBCBS

What it is not

Not a substitute for a licensed broker. Not automatic protests. Not a CBP guarantee. Not Extensiv. Not included in standard entry pricing. Not how Canada entries are filed.

Who should buy it

Good fit: recurring U.S. entries, many SKUs or suppliers, tariff exposure, finance wants a dashboard.
Poor fit: one-off shipments, a client who will never open the tool.
