What we need from you: commercial invoice, packing list, carrier reference, importer of record details, and any certificates or FDA/PGA facts you already know.
What happens next: Release Operations files, watches for acceptance, and confirms release. Truck files are transmitted before the truck reaches the plaza when the documents arrive in time. Air and ocean files are timed to the arrival notice.
