The best way to reach us
- For a quote or a new shipment: use the request form. It reaches the desk with the details we need.
- For a question about a load: use the shipment lookup on the tracking page with the entry, PARS or PAPS number.
- For anything else: send the desk a message through the contact form.
Outside team hours
Release is covered around the clock. For anything else outside team hours, send the form and the desk will reply when we are in. If a load is already moving, put the entry number or load reference and the crossing in the message so we start in the right place.
