New client, first shipment. This is how it goes.

1. You tell us what you ship

A short conversation or a quote request: what the goods are, where they come from, how often.

2. We set up the paperwork

  • A customs power of attorney so we can act for you
  • Your importer details and, where needed, a customs bond
  • Any product data we should hold on file

3. The first shipment

Send documents before the truck leaves. We file, watch the release, and call you if something needs an answer.

4. After release

You get the entry paperwork. If something comes back from CBP later, we handle it with you.

Timing

We reply to requests as soon as we can. Onboarding takes [ONBOARDING_SLA].
